3 Parts of Thailand
A Journey Across Three Regions (Krabi – Chiang Mai – Phuket – Bangkok)

3 Parts of Thailand – One Seamless Journey of Discovery

Begin your adventure in Bangkok, the world’s most visited capital, where golden temples, royal palaces, and vibrant river life create an unforgettable first impression of Thailand. From the elegance of the Grand Palace to the energy of local markets and sunset cruises along the Chao Phraya River, Bangkok blends tradition and modernity in a way that captures every traveler’s imagination.

Travel north to Chiang Mai, the cultural heart of Thailand, where misty mountains, ancient Lanna temples, and warm local traditions await. Surrounded by lush forests and fresh mountain air, this enchanting city offers peaceful countryside, hill-tribe heritage, artisan villages, and sacred temples that reflect the soul of Thai history and spirituality.

Your journey concludes in the south with the turquoise waters of Phuket and Krabi, Thailand’s most celebrated seaside destinations. Here, dramatic limestone cliffs rise from emerald seas, hidden lagoons invite exploration, and pristine beaches promise pure relaxation. This perfectly designed 12-day, four-destination experience brings together culture, nature, and tropical beauty—an unforgettable passage through the three most iconic regions of Thailand.

Hong Island: Nature Island of Krabi Hong Island: Nature Island of Krabi Hong Island: Nature Island of Krabi

Koh Hong is more than a well-known island. It’s a place people in film circles still talk about. When the team behind The Beach searched for a forest location, JC Tour suggested Koh Hong alongside Maya Bay. Many agreed Koh Hong looked more natural and beautiful, but Maya Bay was chosen because the permits were easier. Even so, anyone who visits Koh Hong understands its charm. Large boats can’t enter, but that only keeps it quiet and special.

What makes Koh Hong different is the feeling it gives you. Hidden in Krabi’s wild landscape, it feels peaceful and untouched. The cliffs, clear water, and calm air create a simple kind of beauty that stays with you. It’s not crowded or loud. Visiting Koh Hong feels personal, like discovering a secret that nature carefully protects.

Wat Phra That Doi Suthep stands high above Chiang Mai, quiet and steady on the mountain. It is more than a temple. It is a symbol of faith and Lanna art that has lasted for generations. Visitors walk up the long naga staircase or take the tram to the top, feeling the calm grow stronger with each step. At the summit, the golden chedi shines in the sunlight, surrounded by detailed buildings and fine Lanna designs. Every carving and every line reflects care, belief, and tradition.

No matter how many times you visit, the feeling is never the same. In the morning, soft sunlight warms the gold surface of the chedi. In the evening, the atmosphere turns gentle and peaceful. Standing there, looking out over Chiang Mai, it is easy to feel still and grounded. Doi Suthep is not only beautiful. It carries a quiet power that stays with you long after you leave.

Phuket Old Town is a lively area made up of four connected streets, each full of character. Small shops line the roads, selling simple handmade goods created by local artisans. The buildings, many over 100 years old, feature beautiful Sino-Portuguese details that reflect the island’s past. You’ll also find small museums and libraries that share stories of Phuket’s history and culture. Walking here feels like stepping into a place where the old days are still present.

Food is the real highlight. Hundreds of small local restaurants cook authentic Phuket dishes fresh in front of you. Along the streets, you’ll also find traditional desserts, old-style coffee, tea, and drinks made from recipes passed down for generations. It’s more than a sightseeing spot. It’s a place to slow down, taste, and experience a part of Phuket that is still alive and full of stories.

Doi Inthanon highest of Chiang Mai Doi Inthanon highest of Chiang Mai Doi Inthanon highest of Chiang Mai

Doi Inthanon is the highest mountain in Thailand, standing 2,565 meters above sea level. But it offers more than just the title of “the highest.” The air is cool and fresh all year, often below 10°C, and even colder in winter. Mist moves gently through the forest, and the breeze feels clean and sharp. The landscape is rich and natural, with thick green trees and quiet paths that make you feel far away from the busy world below.

One of the most beautiful sights here is the twin pagodas, Phra Mahathat Naphamethanidon and Phra Mahathat Naphaphonphumisiri, set among colorful flower gardens. In winter, wild Himalayan cherry blossoms add soft pink tones to the hills. A walk along the Kew Mae Pan Nature Trail takes you through ancient forest filled with moss and ferns, peaceful and still. Visiting Doi Inthanon is not just a trip to a mountain. It is a calm and memorable experience in the heart of nature.

Vachiratharn Waterfall may be a single-tier waterfall, but it is often considered one of the most beautiful in Thailand. A wide stream of water pours down from a high cliff into the pool below with strong, steady force. When sunlight touches the mist, soft rainbows often appear in the spray. The sound of water crashing against the rocks fills the air and makes every step closer feel refreshing and alive.

The waterfall is surrounded by rich, green forest inside Doi Inthanon National Park. The air here feels cool and clean, especially near the falling water. Many visitors say they can feel the freshness the moment they arrive. It is not just a place to take photos. It is a place to pause, breathe deeply, and let nature restore both body and mind.

The journey up Doi Pui is calm and refreshing from the start. The road slowly climbs through green mountain forest, with tall trees lining both sides. The air becomes cooler as you go higher. Many visitors like to open the car window to feel the breeze and breathe in the fresh mountain air. It’s a simple drive, but the peaceful atmosphere makes it special.

At the top, colorful winter flowers bloom throughout the year. During the cool season, pink cherry blossoms add soft color to the hills. You can also visit the Hmong hill tribe village, where local families share their traditions, handmade crafts, and simple local food. Doi Pui is not only a beautiful mountain viewpoint. It is a place where nature and culture come together in a quiet and memorable way.

Wat Rong Khun, also known as the White Temple, is the signature landmark of Chiang Rai. Travelers from around the world make it a must-stop destination. Many believe a trip to Chiang Rai is not complete without visiting this remarkable temple. Its bright white design and detailed artwork make it stand out from any other temple in Thailand.

The temple was created by the famous Thai artist Chalermchai Kositpipat, whose name is just as well known as the temple itself. On this trip, you will explore every art point inside the temple grounds, from the symbolic bridge and main hall to the gallery displaying his original works. It is more than a place of worship. It is a living piece of art that reflects imagination, belief, and modern Thai creativity.

Damnoen Saduak Floating Market is the iconic symbol of floating markets that travelers from around the world recognize and consider a must-visit when arriving in Bangkok. It is the original starting point of floating market culture, which later became popular nationwide.

Today, many provinces have created their own floating markets inspired by it, but none can truly compare to this place — the original floating market, established since the reign of King Rama V, with a history of over a century (100+ years).

You should come and experience it at least once

Wat Arun, also known as the Temple of Dawn, stands out for its tall central prang. The word “Arun” means the first light of morning. The main prang is inspired by Mount Meru in ancient belief, with Khmer influence blended into Thai art. Its detailed porcelain decorations and elegant structure make it one of the most amazing prang-style pagodas in Thailand. When the light hits the surface, the whole temple seems to glow.

Wat Pho is famous for its giant golden Reclining Buddha. The statue is grand, graceful, and deeply respected. Many visitors believe that placing coins equal to their age in the offering bowls along the wall will bring good luck.

Both temples also have large guardian giants standing at their gates. There is a popular story that the giants from each temple once crossed the Chao Phraya River to fight each other. What was the argument about? That is a fun legend you can look up and discover for yourself.

One of the two places travelers from around the world dream of seeing in Thailand is Wat Phra Kaew, also known as the Temple of the Emerald Buddha. It is the royal temple with no resident monks and is home to the Emerald Buddha, the most sacred Buddha image in Thailand. The temple’s buildings shine with gold, detailed murals, and fine craftsmanship that reflect the heart of Thai art and belief.

Right next to the temple stands the Grand Palace, a complex so beautiful it almost feels unreal. For over two centuries, it has been at the center of Thailand’s royal history. The architecture blends traditional Thai design with European influence, creating a unique and elegant style.

These two landmarks are essential stops for anyone visiting Thailand. In this package, you will not only see them but also gain deeper understanding through a special expert guide who explains the history, meaning, and stories behind every detail.
