Island's mother Island
Known as Mother of Island, Mae Ko Island is one of the most iconic stops in Ang Thong Marine National Park. At first glance, the island welcomes you with a beautiful sandy beach, perfect for swimming, sunbathing, or simply lying back and letting the sea breeze do the talking. But Mae Ko is more than a place to relax. It is an island that invites you to explore, to move, and to look closer.
There are two experiences here you simply should not miss. The first is the climb up a wooden staircase to three different viewpoints, each revealing a deeper perspective of the hidden emerald lagoon tucked inside the mountain at the heart of the island. The sight feels almost unreal, as if the sea has been carefully hidden away from the world. The second is a kayaking adventure along the opposite side of the island, where you paddle through sea caves and past dramatic limestone cliffs rising straight from the water. Kite Island

Together they form three connected pillars, standing strong against time and tide.
