Surin Island Overnight
2 Days 1 Night.
This is the ultimate overnight island escape for anyone holidaying in Phang Nga, whether you’re staying in Khao Lak or elsewhere in the province. Giving yourself just 2 days and 1 night to experience the untouched beauty of the Surin Islands is truly rewarding. Carefully protected as part of Thailand’s national marine park system, the Surin Islands remain remarkably pure. This is one of the rare places that still feels like a real, unspoiled island, far from crowds, resorts, and modern distractions.
JC Tour designed this journey hand in hand with the Moken sea gypsy community and national park officers. Together, we explored and selected the most beautiful locations across all five islands. From colorful shallow snorkeling sites to postcard-perfect beaches and areas where marine life appears effortlessly, every stop was chosen with care. The result is a meaningful sea journey that showcases the very best of Thailand’s marine world while respecting the nature and culture that make the Surin Islands special.
This trip is raw, natural, and refreshingly simple. Facilities are basic, phone signals are weak, and comfort here comes from nature rather than luxury buildings. But this is where JC Tour’s Upper Class service makes the difference. Our experienced team handles every detail with care, from smooth logistics and quality equipment to attentive support throughout the trip. Even in a remote setting, you’ll feel looked after. The experience is genuine, peaceful, and deeply memorable. This is what it truly means to disconnect from the modern world and reconnect with nature, without sacrificing thoughtful service and comfort where it matters most.
We recommend reviewing the full itinerary and checking out some highlight photos from the trip before booking. If you'd like to speak directly with a real JC Tour staff member (not a bot), feel free to contact us anytime at 089-5727603, WhatsApp: +66 848053153, or Email: jctourthailand@gmail.com.

Best of Best Snorkeling Point - Suthep Bay.
From the surface, Ao Suthep may seem wide, quiet, almost empty, a stretch of sea that gives little away. But the moment you slip beneath the water, everything changes. A hidden world reveals itself, as if you’ve entered a secret city beneath the ocean. Colors emerge, movement surrounds you, and life appears in every direction. This is where the true magic begins, a place that feels alive, vibrant, and far more powerful than it ever looks from above.
Below the surface lies a vast coral kingdom, spreading out like a sprawling underwater metropolis. Towering coral formations become homes for countless fish, each species weaving through the reef in its own rhythm. The ecosystem here is rich, balanced, and full of energy. As you drift through this living world, your senses sharpen, your heartbeat quickens, and excitement takes over without warning. Ao Suthep is not just a snorkeling spot. It is a reminder of how extraordinary the ocean can be when nature is left to thrive.
Nemo House
Clownfish, often known as Nemo, along with their many species, sea anemones, and a variety of soft corals, come together as part of a fascinating marine community known as the anemone ecosystem. These creatures captivate people of all ages, and for many, getting close to them has always been a dream, without the need for deep diving or special skills.
Our trip design team has carefully selected snorkeling spots where clownfish and sea anemones live in very shallow water, close enough to reach out and touch, though we kindly ask you not to. Here, you can float, observe, and quietly step into the world of anemones at your own pace. This experience invites you to use the power of imagination, something Albert Einstein valued so deeply, to create unforgettable moments and lasting memories beneath the surface of the sea.
Tri En and Stock Bays
Koh Stock, Jack Bay, and Sai En Bay are three hidden destinations that lie far beyond the usual tourist routes, as if they’ve slipped off the world’s map entirely. There are no morning tour boats, no seaside cafés, only rare silence and an underwater ecosystem untouched by human hands. Pristine coral reefs, schools of diverse marine life, and a natural balance that exists freely make this area a true paradise for serious nature explorers who seek authenticity, not convenience.
For those looking for more than postcard photos, this is a chance to truly step into nature without leaving a trace behind. No trash, no touching, just open eyes, a curious mind, and a heart ready to absorb every rhythm of life around you. The thrill isn’t only in spotting rare fish or unusual coral formations, but in witnessing the underwater world exactly as it was meant to be from the very beginning—pure, complete, and filled with stories waiting for you to listen, not interfere.
Moken Village: Sea Gypsy
This is a village of the Moken people, often called the “Sea Gypsy Clan” or “Masters of the Sea,” home to more than 100 families. Here, you will encounter a culture, belief system, and way of life found nowhere else. Living far from the mainland, the Moken have maintained a self-reliant lifestyle, deeply connected to the ocean, surviving through skills and knowledge passed down for generations. Their way of life reflects a hunter-gatherer existence, shaped long before agriculture and modern society took hold.
Among all sea nomad communities, this Moken village preserves the spirit of ancient civilization most vividly. Visiting it feels like stepping back in time, into a chapter of early human history, where survival depended on harmony with nature rather than control over it. Their simple way of living, rich with wisdom drawn from the sea, offers a rare and meaningful experience. It is not about observing the past from a distance, but about understanding how humans once lived in balance with their environment, and what that balance still has to teach us today.
Footnote: Neanderthals were a species within the Homo lineage that evolved at a slower pace and could not survive extreme environmental changes. They eventually disappeared, leaving modern humans, known as Homo sapiens, as the remaining branch of human evolution.
Krating Bay: Heaven of nature lovers
The beauty of Mai Ngam Bay is undeniable. A long stretch of soft white sand meets crystal-clear water, and what makes this place truly special is the shallow coral reef that can be seen directly from the surface, without even diving down. At low tide, the corals reveal themselves in remarkable detail. When the water rises, you simply float gently and find yourself face to face with sea anemones, home to playful clownfish. Our team has carefully explored and marked the best snorkeling spots, so you can experience this underwater wonder with confidence and ease.
From Mai Ngam Bay, the journey continues along a nature trail that leads to Kuding Bay. This walk draws you into the natural rhythm of the Surin Islands, connecting land and sea in a seamless flow. Upon reaching Kuding Bay, often described as an “untouched area,” you’re free to swim, snorkel, and explore a pristine shoreline rarely disturbed by human presence. Shallow reefs, unspoiled island terrain, and raw coastal beauty surround you. This is your chance to move beyond being a visitor and step fully into the role of a true nature hacker.
